Hi, I’m Jessy Ayala!

Jessy Ayala - Licensed Dermatology Physician | Rockland County

Jessy Ayala PA-C is a licensed and certified Dermatology Physician Associate practicing at Southern Connecticut Dermatology. He has over a decade of dermatology experience treating and consulting on a variety of skin problems such as acne, eczema, rosacea, psoriasis, and more.  In recent years, he has also specialized in providing minimally invasive aesthetic skin care procedures such as injectables and fillers, particularly for darker skin types.

When he’s not in the clinic, he lectures frequently across the nation on various general Dermatology diseases, participates in community and volunteer service projects, is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physicians Assistants, and serves as a Dermatology rotation preceptor for Physician Assistant students at Weil Cornell, Marist College and Touro College.

Some of notable recent experiences: 

2017 – Traveled with a team of US Dermatology professionals to volunteer in Kenya, Africa for a medical mission called Passion to Heal.

2018 – Served as a volunteer at Camp Wonder, a children’s skin disease foundation that helps kids take a break from being patients and allows them to be a kid again for a short time.

2020 - Obtained the esteemed SDPA Diplomate Fellowship™️, the premier training program for PA’s in the field of dermatology.
